Shipping Info:
- Orders usually go out within 3-4 business days.
- Due to many orders on big sales days like Launch Days, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and festive times, it might take up to 1 week.
- Once we send your package, we can't control how the carrier handles it.
- Did you get a damaged order? Let us know right away, and we'll sort it out.
- Double-check your shipping address before you finish your order. We're not responsible for mistakes there.
- If a wrong address causes a return, you'll need to cover the cost for us to send it again.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We don't do returns, but if something needs to be fixed with your order, email us at hello@kunshuis.com within seven days of getting it, and we'll replace it.
- Sending something back without talking to us first won't work; you won't get a refund or credit.
