Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Namibia): 2-5 business days
- Regional (Southern Africa): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with customs for international shipments.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package's progress until it reaches you.

International Shipping
We’re delighted to ship internationally! However, international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Items
Once your order leaves our store, it’s in the trusted hands of our shipping partners. While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot control how packages are handled during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Shipping Address Verification 
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for items shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses, and customers are responsible for any reshipping fees if an incorrect address is provided.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Our shipping partners process orders quickly, so we cannot change details (such as name, address, products, combining orders, or cancellations) once your order is submitted. Please ensure your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Returns
Currently, we do not accept returns. Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility for it transfers to the carrier.
