Shipping Information
Digital downloads are instant—you’ll receive your file right away once payment is confirmed. Physical orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days. For big sale events like Launch Days, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and festive periods, it might take up to a week to get your package on its way. Once your order has shipped, we’re in the carrier's hands—while we can’t control their process, we’re always here to support you if there are any issues.
Damaged Order?
Once your order leaves our store, it’s in the trusted hands of our shipping partners. While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot control how packages are handled during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Double-Check Your Address
Before completing your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. We aren’t responsible for address errors. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to resend it.
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t offer returns, unless we sent you the wrong order, just email us within seven days of receiving it at hello@kunshuis.com, and we’ll gladly arrange to correct the mistake. Please reach out before sending any item back, as unsolicited returns aren’t eligible for refunds or credits. If you purchased through another store, please contact them directly with any issues.
Digital Downloads
For digital downloads, you’ll receive a secure link via email once your payment is confirmed. This link will be available for a limited number of downloads, so please keep a backup for your records. All digital download sales are final, and refunds aren’t available for these items. Should you encounter any issues accessing your file, we’re here to help—just send us a message, and we’ll assist as quickly as possible.
